Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of Elorise, an AI-assisted chess learning service published by [LEGAL ENTITY].
Account
Registration is by sign-in link sent by email. You are responsible for the confidentiality of access to your mailbox. The service is intended for people aged [MINIMUM AGE] and over; below that, registration goes through a school or legal guardian.
Plans and prices
The Free plan gives access to the diagnosis, the profile, the grade chart, three puzzles per day, one active module and the coach in standard mode. The Premium plan, at €9.99 per month or €59.99 per year, removes these limits. Club licences are billed per seat, at €49 per year per seat, with volume discount from ten seats. Prices include all taxes.
Free trial and renewal
The Premium subscription includes a seven-day trial. At the end of the trial, the subscription renews automatically for the chosen period unless cancelled beforehand. Cancellation takes one click in your settings and takes effect at the end of the current period.
Right of withdrawal
Under article L221-28 of the French consumer code, by requesting immediate access to the service you waive your fourteen-day right of withdrawal for the part already performed. The seven-day free trial lets you evaluate the service without commitment.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. No banking data is retained by [LEGAL ENTITY]. If a payment fails, access is maintained during the retry period, then for seven days of grace, before returning to the Free plan. No data or progress is lost in that return.
Availability
The service is provided as is, without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Assessments and advice produced by the coach are educational and constitute no guarantee of competitive result.
Termination and deletion
You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time from your settings. Deleting the account cancels the subscription then erases the data, subject to legal retention obligations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Consumers may use the consumer mediator [MEDIATOR NAME] free of charge.
